Meteor Mayhem

Meteor Mayhem is a fast-paced, arcade, weight management game in which you play as "Cardboard Carl" as you help them keep their home platform clear of the incoming meteor shower. 

Meteors will periodically fall onto your platform, increasing the weight being held up. Get too heavy and go past 20 meteors on your board and the whole thing will collapse!

Clear the meteors using Carl's special ability to switch between 2D and 3D! In 2D, Carl can always remove the highest meteors, giving them the reach to remove meteors even in a stack! On the other hand, Carl is powerful enough in 3D to shove meteors off the platform, just as long as there is nothing to stop the meteors rolling on their path!

Controls:

• Move - Use WASD to move around in 2D and 3D.
• Space - Use Space to perform your action (Shove Meteor in 3D  |   Break Meteor in 2D).
• Left Shift - Use the Left Shift at any time to switch between 2D and 3D..

This game was made for the Global Game Jam 2022 to the theme of "Duality".
